Views

Dates and timezone

  • Navigate with Previous, Today, and Next.

Filters

On the Bookings list you can search and filter by:

  • StatusAll Statuses, Requested, Pending Approval, Confirmed, Checked In, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled, No Show, Late Cancel
  • Resource and Instructor
  • Student name
  • A From / To date range

Search matches booking type, student name and email, resource name, instructor name, and booking ID.

A red conflict icon on a row means the booking has active conflicts; hover to read them. See [[scheduling-why-was-my-booking-rejected]].
