How do I review school-wide training quality?

Training Quality analyzes lesson reports and ratings across the whole school and returns KPIs, instructor and category breakdowns, and improvement insights. The insights are suggestions for review, not performance verdicts.

The page header reads AI Training Quality with the line School-wide training quality insights and instructor analytics. Access requires the training:manage permission, the AI module, and the Training module.

Steps

  1. Open AI → Training Quality.
  2. Click Analyze Quality. While it runs, the page shows Analyzing training quality.
  3. Read the results:
    • KPI cards: Students, Instructors, Reports, Avg Rating, Avg Hrs to Solo.
    • Category Ratings and Instructor Performance bars.
    • Difficulty Areas with a concern level.
    • Instructor Insights and Curriculum Insights, each with a Recommendation.
    • Strengths, Areas for Improvement, Student Progress Trends, a numbered Recommendations list, and an AI Summary.
  4. To re-run, click Refresh.

  • Results may be cached. When they are, the page shows Cached — last analyzed within the past 24 hours with a Refresh link.
  • Before any analysis exists, the page shows Click "Analyze Quality" to see AI-powered training insights.
  • Instructor and curriculum insights are suggestions for a manager to review, not automated judgments.
  • For one student rather than the whole school, see [[ai-student-progress]].
