How do I run Maintenance Intelligence on an aircraft?

Maintenance Intelligence analyzes one aircraft's maintenance data and returns a health assessment, alerts, item status, and recurring-issue patterns. Treat the output as input to your maintenance decisions, not a sign-off.

The page header reads Maintenance Intelligence with the line AI-powered aircraft maintenance analysis and predictions. Access requires the maintenance:view permission and the AI module.

Steps

  1. Open AI → Maintenance Intelligence.
  2. In the Select an aircraft… picker, choose an aircraft (shown as registration (model)).
  3. Click Analyze. While it runs, the page shows Analyzing maintenance data… ~10s.
  4. Read the results:
    • The aircraft header with Hobbs and Tach times and an overall-health badge (Good, Fair, Needs Attention, or Critical).
    • Alerts, sorted critical first.
    • Maintenance Items, each with its Basis, remaining hours or days, a Grounding tag where applicable, and a status (ok, due soon, overdue).
    • Recurring Issues with occurrence counts and a recommendation.
    • Total and open squawk counts, a Recommendations list, and a Summary.
  5. To re-run after changes, click Refresh.

Notes

  • Results may be cached. When they are, the page shows Cached · last 12h with a Refresh link.
  • The recommendations are suggestions. A licensed mechanic still signs off any maintenance action.
  • For a fleet-wide squawk view rather than a single aircraft, see [[ai-squawk-analyzer]].
