How do I enable the AI module?

Every AI tool is gated by the AI module. Until it is on, the AI Insights index shows a Module disabled panel and the individual tool pages show a Module required or AI module is not enabled message.

Modules are self-serve: you turn them on or off yourself under Settings → Modules, no support ticket needed.

Steps

  1. Open AI → Overview. If the module is off, you see the Module disabled panel reading AI Tools is not enabled for this workspace.
  2. Click the Enable in Settings → link, or navigate to Settings → Modules directly.
  3. Find the AI Tools row and click its toggle. The toggle's label is Enable AI Tools when off.
  4. Confirm in the dialog titled Enable AI Tools by clicking Confirm enable. The row then shows an ON pill.
  5. Return to AI → Overview. The nine assistant cards now appear.

Notes

  • Some tools need a second module on top of AI. The Document Assistant also needs Knowledge Base; the Lesson Report, Student Progress, and Training Quality tools also need Training. When that second module is off, the tool shows its own This feature requires the <module> module panel with an Enable button that links to Settings → Modules.
  • Several tool pages restate this as AI module is not enabled. Enable it in Settings → Modules.
  • Toggling a module is prorated against the current billing cycle and takes effect immediately. While you are on a free trial, no billing change applies until the trial ends.
