How do I read the Document Assistant's confidence and citations?
Every Document Assistant answer is a suggestion drawn from your documents. The signals attached to it tell you how strongly the answer is grounded and where it came from, so you can verify before acting.
Confidence badge
Each answer shows a <level> confidence badge:
high confidence — styled as a success badge.medium confidence — styled as a warning badge.low confidence — styled as a danger badge.
A low-confidence answer is the assistant telling you it is unsure. Open the cited document and confirm before you rely on it.
Referenced Documents
The Referenced Documents chips list the documents the answer drew from. These are the sources to check first.
Suggested Reading
The Suggested Reading chips list related documents the assistant did not directly quote but thinks are relevant.
Search note and counts
When present, a note appears under the answer explaining the search. A line such as Searched <n> docs · <n> folders shows how much of your Knowledge Base was searched.
