How do I mark a booking as a no-show?
When a student doesn't show, mark the booking so the slot and aircraft free up and the no-show lands in your reporting.
Steps
- Open the booking's detail panel.
- Choose to mark it as a no-show and confirm.
- The booking moves to
No Show.
Auto-release
You don't always have to do this by hand. If auto_release_no_show_minutes is set, HangarOS auto-marks a booking as a no-show that many minutes after its start time when nobody has checked in. Set it in scheduling settings — see [[scheduling-settings-reference]].
A No Show is distinct from a Cancelled or Late Cancel booking; see [[scheduling-booking-statuses-reference]].
