How do I join the waitlist for a slot?

When all the slots you want are taken, join the waitlist and the school will offer you a slot when one opens.

Join the waitlist

  1. Open Waitlist and click Add to Waitlist.
  2. On the Join Waitlist form, tell us your preferred slot: location, booking type, preferred date, and a start/end time. Set a Flexibility (minutes) window so we know how much earlier or later still works for you.
  3. You can name a Preferred aircraft and Preferred instructor, but an admin may change them when they assign your final slot.
  4. Click Join Waitlist.

When you get an offer

An admin reviews your entry and sends an offer for a specific slot. On your waitlist entry:

  • Accept takes the slot.
  • Decline passes on it.

Offers expire — if you don't respond in time, the entry moves to Expired and you'll need to rejoin.
