How do I set my notification preferences?

How do I set my notification preferences?

Notification preferences let you choose which event categories fire alerts for you. They are set per base. Open them from the Notifications tab of the Settings page.

  1. Go to /dashboard/companies/<companyId>/settings and open the Notifications tab.
  2. The page is headed Notification Preferences. A tab strip lists All bases (default) first, then each active base by airport code.
  3. Pick a base tab. All bases acts as the default for any base you have not customised.
  4. Toggle any of the four categories on or off:
    • Maintenance alerts — squawks raised, inspections coming due, AOG events.
    • Dispatch events — no-shows, late cancellations, instructor swaps.
    • Training milestones — stage check completion, EOC acknowledgement required.
    • Billing events — invoice failures, payment retries, subscription changes.
  5. Click Save. A Saved <time> confirmation appears next to the button.

Notes

  • The Save button is disabled until the company and your membership have loaded.
  • All four categories default to on for a base until you change them.
