Modules settings: what each control does

This is a reference for the Modules tab at /dashboard/companies/<companyId>/settings. To actually turn a module on or off, see [[account-enable-disable-modules]].

Header counters

A summary bar sits above the module rows:

  • ENABLED — how many modules are on out of the total, shown as <n> of <total>. This count includes required modules, since they render as a locked-on toggle.
  • TOTAL · MONTHLY — the combined monthly price of all enabled modules.
  • BILLING STARTS — shown only while the workspace is on a trial; displays the date billing begins.

The Refresh → link re-fetches the module list; it reads Refreshing… while loading.

Module rows

Each row shows:

  • The module name and description.
  • A status pill: REQUIRED for required modules, or ON for an enabled optional module.
  • A Configure → link when an enabled module has its own settings panel (for example Maintenance).
  • A price block: monthly price with /MO, yearly with /YR, or INCLUDED when both prices are zero.
  • The toggle. Required modules show a locked toggle with a lock icon.

Below the list a note reads Changes apply immediately · Prorated against the current billing cycle.

Notes

  • The page requires the billing:manage permission to open.
  • If the list is empty you see No modules configured. — see [[account-troubleshooting-settings-tab-missing]].
