How do I create a new company?

New companies are set up through a three-step wizard at /dashboard/companies/create. Each company starts with a free trial.

Step 1 — Company name

1. The page opens on Create a new company and notes Your company will start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
2. Enter a name in Company name (for example AeroFlight Training).
3. Click Next. The button is disabled until you type a name. The company is created at this point and the wizard advances.

Step 2 — Select modules

1. The Select modules step lists every available module, each marked Included in free trial.
2. Required modules are pre-checked and tagged Required; you cannot uncheck them.
3. Click any optional module card to add or remove it. You must keep at least one selected.
4. Click Next to save your selection, or Back to return to step 1.

Step 3 — Add your base location

1. The Add your base location step asks for your Regulatory framework. Pick FAA (Federal Aviation Administration, US) or EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency).
2. Enter your primary airport ICAO code (for example KJFK for FAA, EGLL for EASA), then click Verify.
3. When the airport resolves, its code and name are confirmed on screen with a check.
4. Click Finish setup. This button stays disabled until a location is verified. You land on the new company's dashboard.

About the trial

The wizard copy refers to a 14-day free trial because that is the first phase. The full trial runs 14 days free with no credit card, then a further 14 days once you add a card, with the first charge on day 28. You can cancel anytime before then. See [[subscription-plans-and-modules]].
